Momem is the founder of Cariovan and is passionate about good quality and sustainable products. He believes we are blessed to live in such an amazing area where we have some of the tastiest produce right on our doorstep. As such, all of the ingredients and supplies used are sourced from the UK, with many from Sussex itself. This amazing produce requires proper care and responsible practices. Cairovan strive to be ethical, community-minded and environmentally conscious.  The lamb used is free range and is sourced from Stoneywish, a family farm in East Sussex and all of the halloumi used is produced in Britain from a family owned business, Milky’s.This tasty cheese has won many awards including the British Cheese Awards and Great Taste!
