Sussex Gourmand, a Great Taste producer, winning awards every year since they launched in 2016. They’re small batch and their food is sourced with ethics, sustainability and above all, quality in mind. Everything is bought locally, freshly prepared and organic or wild wherever possible. Their cured meats can be purchased on their own or as part of their Canapé Kits. Each kit makes 24 canapés – enough for 4-6 people, or a starter for four.
