Why have we removed the neck foil and label?
We are gradually moving to this across our range of sparkling wines as part of our relentless effort to reduce our carbon footprint. The foil and neck label serves a purely decorative function and adds significant carbon emissions to our packaging footprint so we felt we could go with out it. We hope you agree.

When people ask me I never admit to having a favourite wine….it would be like having a favourite child – unthinkable! However, I’m very close to admitting that this could be my favourite sparkling wine that we’ve released so far. I always love the gorgeous bronzed-gold colour of Blanc de Noirs wines coupled with their depth of flavour…..but what totally captivates me about this wine is the mouthfeel and balance. It has the smoothest texture, the most delicious creaminess and a captivating balance of freshness and fruit. This is a fantastic example of the style that can be created with the right wine and patience! We’ve waited 5 long years for this wine to gently mature and I think it was worth it.
