Salvatore, is an independent winemaking consultant from Sicily with 24 years of experience and 38 vintages behind him. His career has spanned seven countries across both hemispheres, encompassing a wide range of climates, grape varieties, and winemaking philosophies—from boutique, hands-on projects to global productions of up to 25 million bottles per year. Along the way, as well as his work with Albourne Estate, he has worked with renowned names including Pernod Ricard, Leasingham, and Bodega Familia Zuccardi. For the past 13 years he has been advising and shaping projects on English soil. Salvatore directs the winemaking, making key decisions, defining the identity of every project with integrity and intent. His approach is grounded in deep experience, quiet wisdom, and rare humility—allowing site and season to speak while guiding each wine to its full potential.
