A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Due to the popularity of our Supper Clubs and to improve customer service, spaces MUST be booked in advance. We are sorry that we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins.
• Unfortunately we are still getting a lot of last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ which is challenging for us to manage as a business.   Therefore, from July we have introduced a new £5 BOOKING FEE PER PLACE.    This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event.   The Fee will be deductible against drinks purchased on the night.   On each evening we will have a limited number of ‘grass only’ places available to book with no booking fee.  These places require you to bring your own rugs/picnic chairs etc.   We will not allocate these places a table space.
• We are now also restricting most of our Supper Clubs to over 16 year olds.  Each month we still plan to have at least one family Supper Club when all ages can come along.   In  July this will be Safari Pizza.   Please respect these booking guidelines.
• If you are a large group (more than 6) we ask you to contact us directly to make a reservation.
• Food is ordered and paid for on the night directly with the vendors.
• The majority of tables will be outside, so please keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress appropriately. If you particularly wish to be inside our Tasting Room please contact us.
• If you decide to no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can release your table.
• If you wish to take a taxi home you may leave your car here overnight as long as it is collected by 10am the following morning. Details of local taxi companies can be found here.
• Due to the nature of our venue, these events are not suitable for young children.
• PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. NO PICNICS ARE ALLOWED.

• We open the Tasting Room from 4pm and food is available for purchase from 5pm to 8pm.  We close at 9pm.
