Whether you’re hosting a corporate Christmas party, a team building day, the next board meeting or simply want room hire for your team, 120 acre Albourne Estate can provide something a little bit different. We have the perfect solution for your corporate venue hire needs, with easy transport links and plenty of parking, all set in idyllic surroundings. Easily accessible, just 8 miles from Brighton and 30 minutes from Gatwick, our vineyard is in the heart of the tranquil Sussex countryside, yet close to London.
Our modern and well equipped Tasting Room is ideal for your corporate event and can be configured to suit you. For example, it can accommodate 50 seated cabaret style to 100 standing. Uniquely positioned on a mezzanine level above the Winery, it has floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a large south-facing balcony. With stunning views over the vineyard and the nearby South Downs it provides a flexibly large, bright, corporate entertaining or work space.
And for those wanting ‘al fresco’, during the Summer months our canvas tipi is available for event hire.
We offer complete flexibility so that most requests can be accommodated, with different room configurations available. If you would like to include a vineyard tour and wine tasting for team building events or simply a stroll around our extensive Estate, we would be happy to discuss ideas.
We work with a number of recommended local food suppliers and caterers for refreshments and food options.
We also have full disabled access and toilet facilities.

We held our strategy day event at Albourne Estate in November 2024, and it was a great day! The Tasting Room was a perfect meeting venue with stunning views outside and all our requirement for inside met (from dietary to lay out to technology!). A number of our team stayed for a wine tour / tasting and loved it. Alison and Monica looked after us brilliantly from start to finish!
I would highly recommend this venue whether it be business or personal.
The event went really well for us, all the ladies enjoyed it and were very complimentary about the venue, food and of course the vino! Our Clarins sales had a great boost and the brand was pleased with the salon results. Was lovely to have an exclusive venue so close to the salon, which was easy for all our ladies to get to.
We visited Albourne Estate as part of our company team building week in September 2021. We were delighted with our exclusive tour of the vineyard and tasting in the spacious tasting room. Monica and Alison were lovely hosts and they were also really flexible with our requirements. The vineyard views are stunning, especially on a sunny day. A must see if you visit Sussex vineyards.
We had a Team event at Albourne Estate in Sept 2021, and it was absolutely perfect. The evening started with welcome drinks and canapes by the tasting room, which had a stunning terrace where we made the most of the weather. Later, we all grabbed our picnic baskets and walked down through the vineyard to the Tipi Tent by the lake. The setting couldn’t have been any better. It was so pretty, and very private.
The Tipi and table set up were stunning and felt so special as everyone walked down. We had fire pits dotted around, which really added to the atmosphere, and giant Jenga was a real giggle after a few glasses of the fabulous Albourne Multi Vintage Sparkling wine.
It was a pleasure dealing with Monica. The whole experience felt very personal, and it was great to be able to bespoke our event to exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend any corporate event here! ( Or personal for that matter!! ) Thanks Monica and the team!"

Albourne Estate is readily accessible from London (90 minutes), Brighton (20 minutes) and Gatwick (30 minutes) by car or by train from Hassocks train station (10 minutes away by taxi). There is ample car parking at the venue.
