Four of our favourite Sussex Cheeses served with grapes and Miller & Damsel wheat and charcoal wafers (Gluten Free option available).  Tasting Notes provided.

  • Lord of the Hundreds – a hard, nutty sheep’s milk cheese
  • Mayfield Swiss – a firm, golden,  creamy cow’s milk cheese
  • Golden Cross – an unpasteurised goat’s milk cheese
  • Blue Cloud – a soft delicate blue cheese made by hand in tiny batches

The Sussex Charcuterie Board – £16.50

Three outstanding examples of English charcuterie produced by the award- winning Beal’s Farm in East Sussex and served with baby cornichons and sourdough demi-baguette.  Tasting Notes provided.

  • Mangalitsa Air Dried Coppa – marbled creamy, melt in the mouth coppa
  • Mangalitsa Fennel Salami – fennel and pepper flavoured pork salami
  • Wagyu Beef Bresaola – the highest quality silky, luxurious airdried beef

Hampshire Potted Trout Board – £13.50

A beautifully balanced rustic paté made from chunks of finest hot smoked Hampshire Trout fillets and blended with juniper berries, chives, dill and cayenne pepper, topped off with clarified butter.    Served with a sourdough demi-baguette.
