ABOUT CHILLI SHAAK
The venture started with a mother, daughter-in-law, son & a lot of history! Jai’s (founder) mother started selling samosas from her newsagent 20 years ago . However, as much as she loved making the samosas and feeding her customers, she had to stop to raise 3 kids & run her newsagent. Fast forward to 2019 and her children wanted to revive her love of making good food hence Chilli Shaak was born.
On top of serving at local markets Chilli Shaak provides a sustainable Indian tiffin delivery service in Brighton & Hove and surrounding area. All dishes are freshly prepared and delivered in sustainable, eco-friendly, reusable stainless steel tiffins.
A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Please note: This event is for over 16’s only.
- Due to the popularity of our Supper Clubs and to improve customer service, spaces MUST be booked in advance. We are sorry that we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins.
- If you are a large group (more than 6) we ask you to contact us directly to make a reservation.
- Food is ordered and paid for on the night directly with the vendors.
- The majority of tables will be outside, so please keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress appropriately. If you particularly wish to be inside our Tasting Room please contact us.
- If you decide to no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can release your space. Any cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
- If you wish to take a taxi home you may leave your car here overnight as long as it is collected by 10am the following morning. Details of local taxi companies can be found here.
