The latest evolution of our White Pinot Noir, this newly released wine is made from a blend of dark-skinned sparkling wine varietals – Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and a blend of vintages – 2023 and 2024. An intriguing, elegant and unusual wine displaying subtle notes of white cherry, wild strawberry and rose with a crisp distinctive minerality. Refreshing and delicately balanced it has a light pleasing finish. Great to drink on its own or with food.
