Please note this wine is bottled under cork. For a full explanation on why we moved from screw cap to cork please read my blog post. In short, it is one of the many initiatives we are attempting to reduce our carbon footprint as corks are natural, sustainable, carbon-neutral products whereas aluminium screw caps are not. The only important thing from a customer point of view is to remember to store them horizontally if you are not drinking right away as its important to keep corks wet in contact with the wine. This is the same for all wines bottled under cork. We store our cases upside down!
